Ball Ticket Agreement

The final instalment may be increased/decreased by up to £10 in line with savings/unexpected costs incurred during planning over the next 5 months. A final figure will be reached one month in advance and advertised to all attendees. Attendees paying the full amount upfront in August agree to supplement this sum with any increase to the final instalment by 14th December 2022.

All payments are to be made via the University of Glasgow SRC website (Epsilon Year Club page) where instalments will appear 1 week before their due date (2 weeks for 1st instalment). Payment via the website requires an SRC website login. Each individual attendee must pay their own ticket, therefore "plus ones" must create their own SRC account and are responsible for paying all instalments on time.

The Epsilon committee reserve the right to charge a £10 fee for any missed instalment where an agreement has not been reached between guest and committee prior to the due date - it is therefore imperative that you contact us at the EARLIEST opportunity to advise if you will be unable to make an instalment payment in full so that we may be able reach a suitable plan to spread the cost.

To attend the event you must have paid all the instalments in full and failing to do so before before the deadline may put you at risk of not being allowed to attend. Due to needing to confirm all the numbers with the venue we are unable to provide any refunds. In the event that you can no longer attend due to illness or other personal circumstances please contact Epsilon committee at your earliest convenience. While we cannot offer refunds on the tickets if you cannot attend due to illness or personal circumstances we will can support in reselling the ticket.
